United Airlines Appreciation of BAS Security services staff
October 07, 2012
Since United Airlines started operating flights to Bahrain back in April 2010, BAS security teams worked to the highest industry standards serving all UAL flights at Bahrain Intl Airport and, undergoing stringent security audits from the US Transport Security Administration, the US Department of Homeland Security and from United Airlines security division every six months. All audits this year have been received with no findings and no observations confirming outstanding performance by the security teams. Such outcomes were the results of management efforts to ensure staff is continuously trained, motivated, and diligent.
In appreciation of such efforts, a group of BAS employees from the Security Department was recognized for their thorough and professional work. Commenting on this occasion, Mr. Razaq Fulad, GM Airport Operation and Cargo for United Airlines stated “On behalf of United Airlines management team, I wish to convey my sincere appreciation to BAS Security & Engineering teams with certificates and appreciation letters. BAS CEO Mr. George Saounatsos stated, “This is a special recognition from one of the worlds leading airlines on our service quality and delivery standards which directly empowers our staff and rewards their efforts. BAS considers customer airlines feedback & appreciation as an integral component in our customer value chain ” concluded Mr. Saounatsos.
