BAS ‘CATCHES’ THEM DOING SOMETHING RIGHT

At a recent award ceremony, Bahrain Airport Services presented cash awards to customer service staff who were “Caught Doing Something Right". This reward initiative is part of the continuing customer care programme "Linaamal Ma'an – Let us Work Together".

Nearly 60 customer staff, from various departments within Bahrain Airport Services were nominated by fellow colleagues, but mainly by the Duty Operations Managers, when they demonstrated some exemplary customer service and really made an extra effort to help passengers in their journey through Bahrain International Airport.

The scheme, "Catch Them Doing Something Right" is fully supported by the Civil Aviations Affairs (CAA) in its effort to make the travel experience through Bahrain International Airport as pleasant and accommodating as possible.

The objective of the initiative is obviously one of recognition and reward, but also as an encouragement to others to display the same customer care and to do that little extra.

Mr. Graham Keddie, Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Thomas Nolan, General Manager Customer Services, had the happy task of handing out the cash awards in what will be a regular monthly event.
