Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) bid farewell to 14 retiring employees at the end of 2008; some of them spent nearly 40 years of service with the Company. At a special ceremony held in honour of the retirees, BAS's Deputy Chief Executive, Salman Al-Mahmeed, expressed the Company's gratitude for their loyal services and commended their role in supporting the Company, in setting good examples for newer employees and in helping BAS achieve its vision. He then presented them with service certificates and cash awards. The retiries are Mr. Khalil Ebrahim Abdulla, Mr. Ali Jaffar Hussain, Mr. Mohammed Qassim Al-Jowder, Mr. A.Jalil Ali Jassim, Mr. A.Redha Mohammed Hassan, Mr. Rashed Ali Al-Samahiji, Mr. Hassan Ali Ahmed, Mr. S.Shubber S.Jawad S.Hassan, Mr. Suliman Hamish Suliman, Mr. Mohammed Hassan Al-Moosa, Mr. Ebrahim Mohd Al-Zayani, Mrs. Noora Abdulla Al-Bastaki, Mr. Abdulla Mohd Ahmed and Mrs. Wafiqa Abdulla Al-Zayani.
