With a view to further equip current & new In House Training Officers with a sound foundation of designing, preparing, delivering successful interactive training programs, upgrading presentation skills & certifying all trainers as per the requirements of the Ministry of Labour, a 3 day workshop on Train The Trainer conducted by MEIRC was recently held at BAS Headquarters.

This program was specifically customized to meet the BAS Training requirements & aimed at facilitating the 19 trainers to meet the training needs of participants through excellence in design, creating an appropriate learning environment, delivering high impact training sessions, appreciating different learning styles & applying them, thus enhancing the quality & effectiveness of training programs.
Group debriefs , behavioral modeling & role plays, one to one & group discussions ,individual & team exercises ,case studies & projects, self analysis questionnaires & learning tools, case studies & presentations by the delegates were some of the highlights of this program.
